Terms
& Conditions:
1.
This
agreement Is between Bigleads Technologies Pvt Ltd (BTPL) and the billing entity stated following the billing Name in the Enrollment Form referred
to as Client.
2.
This is
the complete agreement and supersedes all prior written or verbal commitments.
3.
All
advertisement creatives and digital campaign material must be submitted in a timely manner. Advertising materials must confirm to the specifications
set by BTPL. Acceptable file format are JPEG, TIFF and PDF with 300 dpi for print and JPEG, PNG and PDF 72 dpi for
digital campaigns. Material not conforming to the
specifications will be either modified or rejected at the sole discretion of BTPL.
4.
BTPL
reserves the right to reject an advertisement or digital campaign for any reason.
5.
Cancellations
of orders by the Client must be received in writing five (5) working days
before the start of a digital campaign. 100% cancellation charges will apply
after this deadline.
6.
Invoice
will be raised as per the terms agreed between the customer and BTPL.
7.
All
liabilities including any legal fees, whether direct or consequential, that may
arise due to the publication of an advertisement
or a digital campaign will be the sole responsibility of the Client. Client
shall indemnify BTPL from all charges,
losses or any other damages due to the publication of an advertisement or a
digital campaign.
8.
This
agreement is subject to jurisdiction in the Courts of Chennai.

10. Payment by way of Cheques are subject to bank
clearance and cheque bounce if any will be recovered from you to the maximum of Rs.300.
11. Replacement Policy:
1.
Any defect
or discrepancy digital campaign should be communicated in writing to BTPL by the Client within 3 days of that
services or product delivery.
2.
BTPL will
take five (5) working days to investigate the claimed defect or discrepancy.
3.
After the
investigation, if the defect or discrepancy is confirmed by BTPL the product or
the service will be replaced with and equivalent value.
4.
For
Tele-Verified Lead (TVL) service,
a) BTPL will
not be responsible for the converting a lead into a customer.
b) BTPL is
not committing to a time frame to deliver any specified number of leads.
c) All the
Tele-Verified Leads are shared with a maximum of six (6) Clients. The delivery
of the lead will be initiated at the same time via SMS or WhatsApp to the
"SMS or WhatsApp Telephone Number given in the Enrollment Form”.
d) BTPL will
not be responsible for any delays in delivering the SMS message.
e.
Client can
request replacement of a Tele-Verified Lead only If the provided lead does not
pick up the call for three (3) continuous days or irrelevant to your business
which you have given in Enrollment Form. Paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of this Section
11 will apply.
12.Refund Policy :
1.
In case of
any rejected and/or non-activated campaigns, BTPL will make best efforts to
process the refund. BTPL will process the refund within 45 days from the
date of refund confirmation given by BTPL Customer Care team.
2.
For any unforeseen
reason a digital campaign needs to be terminated after it is activated, refund
will be made on a pro-rata basis plus an additional service charge of 20% of the
original value of the order.
